Identified
We have identified an issue delaying some alert types from notifying recipients when new events occur. The issue is primarily affecting new lightning strikes and newly posted Severe Weather Event incidents from external sources, with delays in notification up to 1 hour for new events.

Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working to mitigate the delay as quickly as possible.
