Brief outage of Lightning Data

Resolved

There was a brief (~10 minutes from 11:51-12:01 UTC) outage of lightning data on the Tomorrow.io platform display, which also preventing lightning alerts from being sent. This was due to a service disruption from an external vendor. Service has been restored, as of 12:02 UTC.
