Elevated API Error Rates and Delayed Scheduled Reports

Between 7:53 and 8:09 UTC, we observed elevated error rates across the API, which may have affected data retrieval and access for some users. During this time, scheduled Outlook reports were also impacted and may not have been delivered as expected.

The issue has since been resolved, and all systems are operating normally.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are continuing to monitor for stability.
