Alert Service Disruption

Resolved

Between March 4 and today, there was a disruption in the alerts service, affecting prior notice and event start alerts related to Insights (excluding government alerts). During this period, some customers may did not receive alerts as expected.

The issue was identified and has now been resolved, with services back to normal.

A retroactive review is being conducted, and further updates will follow as needed.
