Identified

We are currently investigating an issue causing several monitor types to become stale. The following monitor categories are NOT running at this time:

* METAR-TAF monitors
* Asset-based monitors
* CVE monitors

All other non‑standard monitors outside the primary 600k set

Core, regular monitors remain operational.
