Between 00:30–01:30 UTC and 06:00–07:15 UTC, customers may have experienced increased Timeline API latency, delayed monitor calculations, and a small increase in API errors due to an issue affecting an underlying platform component.

The issue has been resolved, and all services are operating normally. Overall customer impact was limited, and service levels remained within our SLA.
