Between 11:08 UTC and 11:25 UTC, requests to the /timeline endpoint that included the floodIndex parameter failed to return data.

Any API request made to /timeline with the floodIndex parameter during this 17-minute window did not succeed.

A fix has been successfully rolled out, and functionality has been restored.
